Shipping

Flat $6 CAD across Canada and the US. Free shipping on orders over $45 CAD.

Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 2 business days, check your spam folder or email info@ouiera.com.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened packs cannot be returned. If your pack arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description, email info@ouiera.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost or stolen packages

We're not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but missing from your address. If this happens, file a claim with the carrier and let us know — we'll do our best to help.
